  • How do I log into my accounts?

    https://login.sei-connect.com/ is the website to view your SEI Investment accounts.

    *For clients with other products outside of their SEI Investments please discuss with your advisor how a consolidated view can be achieved.

  • How do I reach out to your office?

    It is a priority for us to be accessible for our clients. Regardless of the method that you use your info will be routed to your Advisor & CSA to assist you.

  • What is your address & hours?

    Our office address is 779 W Main St Coppell TX 75019.

    Our office is open 8am-5pm on days when the stock market is open. You can stop by anytime during these hours for administrative items being picked up or dropped off.

    To ensure you are able to be met with timely, meetings with advisors are on an appointment only basis.

  • When are my tax forms ready?

    For Roth IRA & Traditional IRA Accounts: Forms 5498 and 1099-R are delivered by Mid-January. (If you do not take a withdrawal from the account you will not get a 1099-R

    For JTWROS/TOD/Trust accounts: Form 1099 is delivered by Mid-February/March.

    *Please ensure you have all tax forms before preparing your taxes. Forms are able to be imported to TurboTax for tax preparation.

  • Do you recommend a tax preparer?

    Many of our clients qualify for FREE tax preparation through community services. See our webpage here for details (updated seasonally).

  • What if I have Qualified Charitable Distributions (QCDs)?

    Many eligible clients take advantage of non-taxable QCDs from their IRA or Inherited IRA. Click here for more information.

  • Do you take new clients?

    Yes, our office is accepting new clients. We have a process for on-boarding to ensure we are a good fit for you and you are a good fit for us. We look forward to helping our clients make better financial decisions throughout their lives.

  • How are your meetings conducted?

    Our meetings are held either in-person in our Coppell Office, on the phone, or over Zoom.

    We are able to serve clients across the country. If you are not a US Citizen please inform our office before your 1st Meeting so that we can discuss options/restrictions that may apply to you.
